  • Please note some species are more expensive e.g., Nyala which makes the package pricier. It’s important to compare apples when looking at a package, and not the amount or number of animals included! Nyala generally sells for $2300 each and up, so for one Nyala up to 6 “cheaper” species can be added to make it look good.

  • Choose any Buffalo Bull A, B or C deal
  • One Buffalo cow is then added for free or Nyala bull. Your choice.
  • A second hunter like your son, may hunt the cow.
  • The usual stuff included and excluded stipulated on our 2025 website applies.
  • There is no catch.
  • We have over 300 free range wild Buffalo roaming Harloo with a good number of bulls to choose from.
  • We have no “captive bred put and take tame buffalo” on Harloo. They are a challenge to hunt. (In 22 years our Harloo Buff have drawn human blood on 4 occasions)
  • Additional animals can be added as per price list e.g. Nyala (from $1 100), Sable ($ 4500) Kude etc.
  • This hunt takes place at Harloo Reserve, 9500 acres of real Zululand bush, with shots in the region of 40 to 60 yards.
  • This hunt can be done with either rifle or bow (walk and stalk with a bow is the ultimate or use our bow blinds.)
  • Limited packages available.

Package Deal Conditions

  • None of the species in the deal may be swapped for other species not mentioned.

  • None of the species may be repeated without prior arrangements.

  • If any of the species is not harvested for any reason, the column below will indicate the credit price for that specific species and the credit is not negotiable.

  • All other species can be added as per our pricelist except for Big 5 animals.

  • Depending on availability you can upgrade to buffalo as per our price list.

  • There is no discount or credit applicable on specials deals accommodation.

  • 15% VAT will be charged on accommodation and other services. VAT is not charged for animals hunted in our special deals.

  • Please make sure you understand the above clearly before any hunting takes place.

  • If there is a chance to be a good adult trophy representative for a species, the understanding is that you will take it.

  • Horn lengths are open except for nyala bigger than 29” and kudu bigger than 53” where there will be an extra charge for exceptional trophy size. Except if your guide makes a judgement error and calls it within range but it ends up being bigger than estimated.

  • The following credit towards trophy fees applies for animals that you couldn’t get in you package deal.
